Pricing Structure Explained
The price of an artwork depends on the following factors:
Shipping and framing fees are excluded from the artwork price.
Mini Portrait Pricing
Approximately 6 × 6 cm artwork on a 15 × 15 cm sheet of paper. Choose either a full-body portrait or a head-and-shoulders portrait. No background. Unframed.

Coloured Pencil Pet Portrait Pricing
The sizes are approximate paper sizes. The artwork will be a reasonable size on the paper.
Pricing is based on the size of the artwork and the number of pets. Optional details and additional elements, e.g. toys, a horse’s bridle, saddle or a halter, and a detailed background will be quoted separately. Additional add-ons such as framing and courier delivery can be added at an additional fee.

Booking Terms & Payment
Booking Deposit and Payment
✓ A 25% deposit AND a signed service agreement are required to reserve a spot on the commission waiting list. These will be sent to you upon acceptance of the quotation.
✓ Another 25% becomes due when you reach the top of the commission queue, before I start the drawing process. You will receive an invoice a couple of days in advance. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before the artwork is packaged for shipping.
Payment Methods
✓ South African payments: via EFT.
✓ International payments: Card Payment via PayFast.io payment gateway if you don’t have a South African bank account. Please request a payment link when making your booking.
✓ Kindly note that ALL Card Payments, including credit or debit cards, as well as international cards, require full payment upfront due to high service charges.
Payment Arrangements
✓ We can enter into an interest-free payment agreement if you’d prefer to pay a smaller deposit and then pay off the painting monthly over a longer period Interest-free monthly instalments to make your commission more obtainable. Payment plans of up to 5 months can be discussed (T&Cs apply).
✓ I will, however, only start with your painting once at least 50% of the quoted amount has been paid, and the artwork will be completed in the month your last instalment becomes due. Only available to clients paying via EFT.
International Orders
✓ As this is a South African small business, all payments are processed in ZAR (South African Rands). Get in touch for a quote in US Dollars or Euros.
✓ International payments via card through the payment processor PayFast.io.
✓ All payments are processed in South African Rand (ZAR). Your bank will apply its exchange rate at the time of payment, so the amount charged in your local currency may differ from the estimate provided in your quote due to exchange rate fluctuations.
✓ Currency conversion charges and customs fees are not included in the quoted amounts and will be processed through your bank when making a payment.
✓ International shipping clients may have to pay import tax in their country.
✓ International shipping is only available for UNFRAMED art.
