Refund and Returns Policy
Returns and refunds are handled on a case-to-case basis.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
All goods and products are inspected by the artist before sending off a parcel. All original art will be classified as “second hand” once it leaves my studio; therefore I can unfortunately not make any “I have changed my mind” exchanges or refunds.
Damaged goods
The Artwork will be packaged with great care. The Artist will take all possible precautions in packaging the work.
Personally inspect packaging on delivery and note any damage on the receiving ticket before signing for it. If you have not opened the packages please write the words “Parcel damaged – contents not checked” next to your name on the waybill. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if your item has been delivered in a damaged state. Kindly note that the Artist does not work for the Courier Company and cannot be held accountable for parcels getting lost or damaged in transit. Refunds will not be issued for damage or loss in transit. The Artist will also launch an investigation with the Courier Company in case of damage, but South African Courier Companies do NOT provide liability insurance for art and glass (framed art). The courier company will NOT compensate the Client or Artist for any losses suffered, not even in events such as high jackings. Shipping is at the Client’s own risk.
Original Art
Please check the size of the painting before placing your order. Original art can unfortunately not be returned, exchanged or refunded once it has left the studio.
This is a custom artwork. No refunds are available for custom artwork. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she orders the correct product style and size and provides the Artist with correct detail, and sufficient good quality reference photographs for the Artist to use as reference.

COLOUR & DESIGN DISCLAIMER
While I do my best to make sure the photos on this website are as accurate as possible, viewing them on an electronic display can not compare to seeing the works in person.
Actual colours may vary. This is because every computer monitor, phone or tablet screen has a different capability to display colours and everyone sees these colours differently.
I cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product. Colours on website photos and digital mockups might differ from the actual printed product as screen resolutions affect how the colours appear on different monitors and mobile devices. Different types of fabrics also have a different effect on how the colours print. The placement of the design will vary slightly between the different-sized cushions and blankets too. No returns will be made where colours on finished products or printed fabric are not exactly the same as on our website. Returns excepted for faulty products or incorrect orders (e.g. incorrect size or design received) only.
Thank you for understanding.
