How it works

I will help you to select the best possible reference photo for your artwork. View the reference photo tips and guidelines.
3. Request a Formal Quote
Request a formal quotation based on your selected size, extras and chosen reference photo.
4. Book in your Portrait
A 25% deposit and a signed service agreement is required to book your space in the commission waiting queue. Another 25% is payable before I start, you will receive notification a few days in advance. The balance is due upon completion, before framing, shipping or collection can be arranged. 5. I create your Artwork
Each portrait is created with care and attention to detail. Completion times vary depending on my current commission waiting list and the number of artworks ahead of yours. I accept a limited number of commissions to ensure every artwork receives the time and attention it deserves. Your estimated completion timeframe will be discussed with you before booking, based on my current schedule and the size and complexity of your commission. Once completed, I send you a photo of the completed portrait.
6. Framing and Finishing
Professional framing is recommended to protect your coloured pencil portrait from dust, moisture and environmental damage, helping preserve your artwork for years to come. You can order your portrait framed or unframed. The studio offers various framing options.
7. Delivery
You can chosse to collect your completed artwork from the studio in Nigel, East Rand. Alternatively it can be couriered to you at an additional fee via one of my trusted Courier Partners. Artworks are packages securely for optimal protection during transit. Shipping to be quoted at the time of your booking.
